NOVELTY - Method for preparing highly efficient and thermally conductive composite graphene oxide film, involves applying mixed dispersion of graphene oxide water/nano-scale metal powder/carbon nanotubes to substrate, soaking the substrate in a coagulation liquid, taking out the substrate for drying to obtain a single layer self-assembled composite graphene oxide film, coating the mixed dispersion on the substrate with composite film and repeating soaking and drying the coating to obtain a multilayer self-assembled high-efficiency thermally conductive composite graphene oxide composite film, where the mixed dispersion of graphene oxide water/nano-scale metal powder/carbon nanotubes is obtained by ultrasonically dispersing the components in distilled water, and the solute of the coagulation liquid is ionic liquid, amine or inorganic salt. USE - The method is useful for preparing highly efficient and thermally conductive composite graphene oxide film. ADVANTAGE - The method ensures the preparation of the composite film with high mechanical property, and is simple to operate, economical and suitable for mass production.
