▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method comprises (a) cutting original nonprocessed graphite material, then using sand paper and polishing pad to polish, (b) stirring base salt, metal carbide, reducing agent and fluxing agent, uniformly mixing to obtain mixed powder, then putting in crucible as salt bath powder, (c) horizontally placing the pre-treated graphite material and embedding in the mixed powder material in the crucible, compacting, and placing in muffle furnace, raising temperature to 150-250degrees Celsius, and keeping for at least 2 hours, (d) heating muffle furnace at a heating rate of not less than 5degreesC/minute to 800-1050degrees Celsius , and keeping the temperature for 2-8 hours, carrying out salt bath treatment, quenching at room temperature, then using boiling water or 5-10 vol.% diluted nitric acid for ultrasonic cleaning for at least 30 minutes, then placing in blast drying box for drying at 120-130degrees Celsius for least 30 minutes so as to prepare hard metal carbide coating on the surface of the graphite material. USE - Method for preparing hard metal carbide coating on surface of graphite material. Uses include but are not limited to electronic, mechanical, metallurgy, petrochemical industry, semiconductor, nuclear industry and aerospace and national defense civil fields. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare hard metal carbide coating on surface of graphite material, which has excellent conductive heat-conducting performance, hardness, wear-resistance property and corrosion resistance, and excellent compatibility with the graphite base material, and has low cost, simple operation, low device requirement and mass production.
