NOVELTY - Alkane coal-based oil synthetic anti-wear and anti-rust lubricant comprises 135-165 pts. wt. base oil, 5-9 pts. wt. sulfurized calcium alkylphenate, 15-23 pts. wt. heavy alkyl benzene sulfonic acid cleaner, 7-13 pts. wt. zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate, 12-20 pts. wt. molybdenum disulfide, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. graphene, 9-16 pts. wt. propylene glycol dicocoate, 3-5 pts. wt. phthalic anhydride, 2-4 pts. wt. 2-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole and 5-8 pts. wt. dimethylacetamide. The dimethylacetamide is the dispersant component of the lubricant, the zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate is (I). The base oil is alkane coal-based oil, the alkane coal-based oil is number 1 coal-based base oil, preferably Fischer-Tropsch synthetic oil having a viscosity index of not less than 130 and kinematic viscosity at 40 degrees C is 23-25 mm2 s-1, the pour point is not greater than -40 degrees C, the flash point is not less than 200 degrees C, and the evaporation loss at 250 degrees C is not greater than 8 wt.%, the graphene is few-layer graphene, preferably graphene with less than 5 layers. USE - The lubricant is useful for rust prevention on automobiles and mechanical equipment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The lubricant: has increased anti-rust property by at least 81.5%, excellent good thermal stability. The method: has simple preparation method, easy operation, low investment cost and is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Alkane coal-based oil synthetic anti-wear and anti-rust lubricant comprises 135-165 pts. wt. base oil, 5-9 pts. wt. sulfurized calcium alkylphenate, 15-23 pts. wt. heavy alkyl benzene sulfonic acid cleaner, 7-13 pts. wt. zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate, 12-20 pts. wt. molybdenum disulfide, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. graphene, 9-16 pts. wt. propylene glycol dicocoate, 3-5 pts. wt. phthalic anhydride, 2-4 pts. wt. 2-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole and 5-8 pts. wt. dimethylacetamide. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing alkane coal-based oil synthetic anti-wear and anti-rust lubricant comprising mixing the base oil, sulfurized calcium alkylphenate, zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate, and molybdenum disulfide uniformly, heating, and stirring to prepare the main mixture, (ii) adding propylene glycol dicocoate, phthalic anhydride, 2-Mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole and dimethylacetamide, mixing uniformly, heating and stirring to prepare modified mixture, (iii) heating the prepared modified mixture, then adding the prepared main mixture, heavy alkyl benzene sulfonic acid cleaner and graphene, mixinguniformly, stirring and cooling to room temperature to obtain final product.
