NOVELTY - A three-dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene with high nitrogen quantity is prepared by using polybenzimidazole (PPBI) containing soluble aromatic pyridine as nitrogen source and carbon source, forming large bond on high molecular pyridine ring and benzimidazole ring between conjugated structure, regularly arranging rigidity of aromatic molecules on surface of template nanoparticles, pyrolyzing and removing template agent, or stirring polybenzimidazole solution, evaporating solvent, vacuum drying and grinding, pyrolyzing, cooling, washing with dilute acid (removing template) and activating. USE - Method for preparing three-dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene with high nitrogen quantity used in catalytic oxygen reduction reaction catalyst, metal air battery and fuel cell and for catalyzing and electrolyzing water oxygen evolution reaction catalyst, super capacitor electrode material (all claimed), electrochemical energy storage and conversion device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A three-dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene with high nitrogen quantity is prepared by using polybenzimidazole (PPBI) containing soluble aromatic pyridine as nitrogen source and carbon source, forming large bond on high molecular pyridine ring and benzimidazole ring between conjugated structure, regularly arranging rigidity of aromatic molecules on surface of template nanoparticles, pyrolyzing under argon gas protection and removing template agent, or stirring polybenzimidazole solution with template agent with different grain diameter adopting different mass ratio, evaporating solvent, vacuum drying and grinding, pyrolyzing into high temperature furnace under argon gas protection for 2-3 hours, cooling, taking out, washing with dilute acid (removing template) and activating.
