▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Friction material is manufactured by forming a non-asbestos-organic (NAO) friction material composition that contains a binder, a fiber base, an organic friction modifier, an inorganic friction modifier and a lubricant but does not contain a copper component. The composition comprises 2-10 wt.% calcium silicate particle and 15-30 wt.% non-whisker-like titanate as one of the inorganic friction modifier, and 1-9 wt.% metal sulfide and 3-10 wt.% graphite as one of the lubricants. USE - Friction material is useful for a disc brake pad, which is useful as a braking device for a passenger car. ADVANTAGE - The friction material has excellent anti-fading property due to an increased porosity. It has reduced amount of copper component that can reduce the creeping groan, maintains sufficient anti-fading property, inhibits the aggressiveness against the mating element even if light load braking actions are repeated to exceed the predetermined number, and provides an extremely high practical value
