NOVELTY - Manufacture of laminate (100) involves smoothing uneven surface of substrate (101) by forming a resin layer (103) in the uneven surface of the substrate, and laminating the substrate and graphene film (107) through the resin layer by bonding together the resin layer formed in the uneven surface of substrate and graphene film of one or more layers formed on the support base material (105). USE - Manufacture of laminate used for thin film solar cell (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The contact resistance of substrate and graphene film in the laminate is reduced. The thin film solar cell comprising laminate has improved generating efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) laminate; and (2) thin film solar cell.
