▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing high-toughness graphene/ZK61 magnesium alloy composite material, involves (a) dispersing graphene oxide in a mixture of absolute ethanol and deionized water, and ultrasonically processing to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, (b) adding the dispersion to a magnetic stirrer, and adding ZK61 magnesium alloy powder under magnetic stirring to obtain a mixed solution, (c) leaving the mixed solution still, removing the supernatant using a dropper, drying, and grinding the dried powder for 30 minutes to obtain graphene oxide/ZK61 magnesium alloy powder, (d) heating the alloy powder at 400 degrees C for 180 minutes under hydrogen/argon mixed gas having 10 vol.% hydrogen to obtain reduced graphene oxide/ZK61 magnesium alloy powder, and (e) molding the alloy powder by spark plasma sintering to obtain the composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing high-toughness graphene/ZK61 magnesium alloy composite material. ADVANTAGE - The prepared composite material has improved strength and toughness, while showing stronger anisotropy in mechanical properties and structure.
