NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene copper-based composite material involves (a) stacking the graphene layer and the second copper plate on the first copper plate in sequence to obtain a graphene interlayer blank sample, (b) rolling the interlayer sample by using the accumulation and rolling welding method to obtain the rough blank, and (c) annealing and cooling. USE - Preparation method of graphene copper-based composite material used in transmission cable in electrician field. Can also be used in high-rise building. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene copper-based composite material that has high conductivity of graphene and composite effect and synergistic effect of graphene copper composite system, forming a complete graphene guide channel in the material, obtaining the high conductive cable material, making it have better conductivity and mechanical performance, and is widely used in the transmission cable in the electrician field.
