NOVELTY - The laminate film has a first layer comprises any one of polyethylene, polypropylene, polycarbonate, ionomer and polyamide and a second layer over the first layer, the second layer comprises a multiple graphene flakes, and a third layer over the second layer, the third layer comprises an insulating synthetic resin. The insulating synthetic resin is any one of a silicone resin, a polyamide-based resin and a polyester-based resin. The multiple graphene flakes is reduced graphene oxide. USE - Laminate film used in exterior case of secondary battery (all claimed) e.g. flexible storage battery used in electronic device. Uses include but are not limited to TV, monitors of computers, cameras such as digital cameras and digital video cameras, digital photo frames, mobile phones, portable game machines, portable information terminals, audio reproducing devices, and large game machines such as pachinko machines. ADVANTAGE - The exterior case that is less likely to be broken not only when being bent but also being changed in shape due to expansion and contraction can be provided, since the thin flakes contain reduced graphene oxide with excellent slidability. The amount of charge leaking from a battery can be reduced, and reduction in capacity with the lapse of time can be suppressed. The secondary battery has flexibility and can be repeatedly bent without a large decrease in charge and discharge capacity.
