NOVELTY - Preparing graphene glass fiber comprises (i) covering the carbon source on the surface of the glass fiber, (ii) placing the glass fiber covered with carbon source in the reaction chamber, heating under the protection atmosphere to carbonize the carbon source, graphite alkene, obtaining the graphene glass fiber, the carbon source comprises at least one of polyimide solution, polyacrylonitrile solution, polymethyl methacrylate solution. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene glass fiber, which is useful in lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and suitable for large-scale industrial production, uses easy carbon-forming polymer as carbon source, improves the finished graphene layer structure, and further improves the conductivity and mechanical strength of the graphene glass fiber.
