▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Double-layer film comprises graphene layer and polymer layer, where the electrical resistivity of the graphene layer is lower than the electrical resistivity of polymer layer, and the polymer layer has decomposition temperature of less than or equal to 250 degrees C. USE - Double-layer film. ADVANTAGE - The double-layer film has different conductivity of two layer, one side of the graphene layer provides higher conductivity, while the other side of polymer layer provides the insulation. It has better flexibility and strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing double-layer film which involves: (A) coating the dispersion of graphene on the base material and drying to form a graphene oxide layer on the surface of substrate; and (B) coating the liquid polymer on the graphene oxide layer, drying and sintering to reduce graphene oxide to graphene to form polymer layer on the graphene layer.
