NOVELTY - Preparation of silicon carbide-graphene-PTFE composite material involves co-dissolving graphene and methacryloyloxyethyltrimethylammonium chloride in deionized water, heating and stirring to obtain suspension, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain non-covalently modified graphene powder, adding the non-covalently modified graphene powder, PTFE powder, and silicon carbide fine powder to ethyl acetate while stirring, ultrasonically shaking, obtaining silicon carbide-graphene-PTFE ethyl acetate mixed solution, drying the mixed solution to obtain silicon carbide-graphene-PTFE mixed powder, and press forming under a pressure of 45-50 MPa. USE - Preparation of composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces composite material with excellent mechanical strength and electrical conductivity, and improves wear resistance of PTFE material.
