NOVELTY - A modified white graphene composite polypropylene material and preparation method comprises 1-3 pts. wt. barium sulfate crystal whisker, 3-12 pts. wt. flame retardant, 10-16 pts. wt. antistatic agent, 4-8 pts. wt. modified white graphene, 6-12 pts. wt. impact modifier, 0.6-1.2 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.6-1.2 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.5-1 pt. wt. nano calcium carbonate, 0.7-1.4 pts. wt. nano ceramic powder, 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. lubricant, 0.4-0.8 pt. wt. surfactant and 60-120 pts. wt. polypropylene. USE - Modified white graphene composite polypropylene material and preparation method used for industrial media transport. ADVANTAGE - The product has pure texture, thermal conductivity, chemical inertness, no toxicity, simple whole processing method, high heat resistance, better outer impact and other mechanical properties and good mechanical property, processing performance and electric insulativity, and improves wear resistance.
