NOVELTY - Conductive microspheres with low recovery rate comprise an inner core and an outer metal layer, where the inner core comprises intermediate component, styrene and initiator azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN), and the intermediate component comprises carboxylated graphene, glycidyl methacrylate and catalyst. USE - The conductive microsphere with low recovery rate is used in anisotropic conductive adhesive (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The conductive microspheres with low recovery rate have a shape that remains unchanged at a pre-pressing temperature and a pre-pressing pressure, and deform after the pre-pressing, and the deformation recovery rate is 1-5%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the conductive microspheres with low recovery rate comprising (S1) adding the raw material of the intermediate component to a reaction bottle, after heating and reacting twice, cooling down and discharging the material to obtain the intermediate component, (S2) dissolving the prepared intermediate component and the initiator AIBN in styrene respectively, heating the intermediate mixed solution, dripping the initiator mixed solution at a constant temperature, discharging after keeping warm, and obtaining the core material, (S3) using microsphere molding technology, making the core material into a sphere, which is the core, and (S4) plating a metal coating on the surface of the inner core to obtain the product.
