NOVELTY - Slow rebound sponge comprises 40-70 pts. wt. basic polyether polyol, 10-30 pts. wt. polymer polyol, 20-40 pts. wt. organosilicon modified polyol, 30-60 pts. wt. isocyanate, 0.1-2 pts. wt. amine catalyst, 0.01-0.5 part of tin catalyst, 0.1-2 pts. wt. chain extender, 0.5-3 pts. wt. silicone oil and 1-5 pts. wt. water. USE - The slow rebound sponge is useful in aerospace tools, trains, automobiles, electronic products, health care products, sports products, household products or children's toys applications (claimed), and used in foaming materials. ADVANTAGE - The slow rebound sponge has excellent flexibility at low temperature, has moderate hardness and rebound time at high temperature, maintains excellent slow rebound characteristics of -20 to -60degrees Celsius, and ensures excellent oil absorption and oil resistance.
