NOVELTY - Biological pesticide comprises 0.05-0.2 wt.% hypocrellin, 0.2-0.6 wt.% nano graphene oxide, 1-3 wt.% non-ionic surfactant, 0.2-1 wt.% buffering agent, 0.05-0.2 wt.% reducing agent and water (remainder). USE - As biological pesticide. ADVANTAGE - The biological pesticide is environmentally-friendly and prepared simply. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing the above-mentioned biological pesticide, which involves adding hypocrellin to ethanol solution, uniformly mixing and stirring the mixture, adding nano graphene oxide to the mixture, continuously stirring the mixture, adding de-ionized water, absolute ethyl alcohol and glacial acetic acid mixed solution to the mixture, continuously stirring the mixture for 4-5 hours, evaporating the mixture to obtain graphene oxide modified hypocrellin nanoparticle, adding ionic surfactant to the mixture, adding reducing agent and buffering agent into mixture, stirring the mixture, and performing ultrasonic process of the mixture at 25-30 degrees C for 1-1.5 hours.
