▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Determining hidden malachite green in aquatic products comprises using glassy carbon electrode as basic electrode, activating by p-aminobenzoic acid solution, mixing with graphene and chitosan as electroactive modified film layer, then drop-coating nano-silver, fixing on surface of glassy carbon electrode by electrostatic action, dropping malachite green antibody, and sealing with bovine serum albumin solution to obtain nano-immunosensor. USE - The method is useful for determining hidden malachite green in aquatic products. ADVANTAGE - The method: is fast and simple; and has high sensitivity, good specificity, short detection time, and high accuracy.
