▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A transparent conductive graphene thin film is prepared by performing Hummers with carbon material, dispersing graphene oxide in organic solvent and substrate, opening water groove, closing bottom valve, adding ultrapure water, depositing in substrate upper surface, moving substrate, low temperature drying at 100 degrees C, increasing temperature under inert atmosphere at 300-800 degrees C for 20-200 minutes or under reducing agent at 60-300 degrees C for 5-90 minutes. USE - Method for preparing transparent conductive graphene thin film used for organic light-emitting diode, solar battery and organic memory device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and environment-friendly, and has high utilization rate. The film has high conductivity and high light transmittance.
