▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing aqueous anti-scratch anti-corrosion coating comprises (i) sequentially adding sodium hexametaphosphate, and nano-silicon dioxide into deionized water, stirring at rotating speed 300-500 revolutions/minute for 3-5 minutes, ultrasonically dispersing in ultrasonicator for 3.5 hours and dispersing to particle size of less than or equal to 75nm to obtain nano-silicon dioxide sol; (ii) sequentially adding dispersant, wetting agent, antifoaming agent, flatting agent, preservative and thixotropic thickening agent into aqueous polyaspartate polyurea resin, stirring for 1-2 minutes at 300-500 revolutions/minute to obtain mixture; and (iii) stirring mixture, increasing speed to 1000-1200 revolutions/minute, dispersing for 20-30 minutes, reducing speed to 500-700 revolutions/minute, adding titanium dioxide, glass flakes, graphene oxide, nano-silicon dioxide sol and aqueous curing agent, increasing speed to 1200-1500 revolutions/minute and dispersing to fineness of less than or equal to 50mum. USE - The method is useful for preparing aqueous anti-scratch anti-corrosion coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has good physical and mechanical properties, which greatly improves the acid and alkali resistance of the paint film, and salt spray resistance.
