NOVELTY - A corrosion-resistant heat-conducting polymer motor cylinder comprises a metal cylinder (1) covered with an outer layer (4) of nylon and a gold material. Two ports of the metal cylinder are embedded with several stainless steel nuts (2). The outer side of the cylinder is provided with several reinforcing ribs (3). USE - The corrosion-resistant heat-conducting polymer motor cylinder is useful in water pump. ADVANTAGE - The corrosion-resistant heat-conducting polymer motor cylinder has excellent rust resistance, and prolonged service life, and is inexpensive, and used to modify the polymer material by applying a material with strong thermal conductivity to improve the overall thermal conductivity of the polymer material, and effectively solves the problem that the polymer material can diffuse the heat generated by the motor.
