▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing sludge biological adsorption material comprises (a) pyrolyzing the dried sludge powder for 40-60 minutes at 600-650degrees Celsius to obtain the sludge biological carbon, (b) mixing the sludge biological carbon and potassium acetate in a mass ratio of 1:0.5-2, pyrolyzing for 40-60 minutes under 600-650degrees Celsius, centrifuging, washing, drying, crushing to obtain the sludge-based biological carbon, (c) dissolving the aluminum chloride and cerium chloride in the deionized water to obtain the mixed solution, mixing with the sludge-based biological carbon and (d) dropping sodium hydroxide solution into the mixed solution, adjusting the pH value of the solution to 7-7.5, stirring for 10-12 hours, centrifuging, washing, drying and crushing to obtain the sludge biological absorbing material. USE - The material is useful for removing fluorine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has removal efficiency more than 80% and the adsorption capacity of 80-110 mg/g, when fluoride is adsorbed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a sludge biological absorbing material for removing fluorine prepared by the above preparation method.
