▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG)-apt probe, is new. The probe is obtained by coupling the aptamer DNA with the thiol-modified sulfhydryl group at the 5' end with a molar ratio of 1:1-3 and hCG, where the aptamer DNA is a nucleic acid sequence capable of specifically binding to lysozyme, and has fully defined 30 nucleotides (SEQ ID NO: 1) as given in the specification. USE - The hCG-apt probe is useful for instant detection of lysozyme based on pregnancy test paper (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The detection method has obvious target universality, is fast, simple, convenient and economical, and is suitable for on-site diagnosis of lysozyme. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG)-apt probe, is new. The probe is obtained by coupling the aptamer DNA with the thiol-modified sulfhydryl group at the 5' end with a molar ratio of 1:1-3 and hCG, where the aptamer DNA is a nucleic acid sequence capable of specifically binding to lysozyme, and 5'-atcagggctaaagagtgcagagttacttag-3' (SEQ ID NO: 1) INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: a real-time detection reagent for lysozyme, comprising the hCG-apt probe; a lysozyme instant detection kit, comprising graphene oxide, commercially available pregnancy test paper and the hCG-apt probe; and a method for instant detection of lysozyme based on pregnancy test paper, comprising (i) mixing the target lysozyme solution with the hCG-apt probe in equal volumes to obtain the first reaction mixture, (ii) mixing the first reaction mixture with the graphene oxide solution to obtain second reaction mixture, and (iii) using commercially available pregnancy test paper to detect the second reaction mixture, waiting for 5-8 minutes, observing the color development of the quality control line and the detection line, and determining the content of lysozyme.
