NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene modified carbon fiber felt involves immersing dried carbon felt in acid solution, ultrasonically oscillating, cleaning carbon felt with deionized water and drying, placing carbon felt in a tubular cavity, sealing quartz tube, closing air valve, opening vacuum pump and vacuumizing, opening the methane valve, closing the methane valve and vacuumizing, opening hydrogen valve, closing the hydrogen valve and vacuumizing, repeating, heating and cooling. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene modified carbon fiber felt for full-vanadium redox flow battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables easy and economical preparation of graphene modified carbon fiber felt with high specific surface area, excellent electrical conductivity, electrochemical catalytic performance and chemical stability in an environmentally-friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of graphene modified carbon fiber felt involves immersing dried carbon felt in acid solution at room temperature for 18-24 hours, ultrasonically oscillating for 0.5-1.5 hours, cleaning carbon felt with deionized water and drying, placing carbon felt in a tubular cavity, sealing quartz tube, closing air valve, opening vacuum pump and vacuumizing at vacuum degree of lower than 30-50 Pa, opening the methane valve at gas flow rate of 4-8 sccm, closing the methane valve and vacuumizing at vacuum degree of lower than 1-4 Pa, opening hydrogen valve at gas flow rate of 8-12 sccm, closing the hydrogen valve and vacuumizing at vacuum degree of lower than 1-4 Pa, repeating for more than 2 times, opening the hydrogen valve at gas flow rate of 8-12 sccm, heating quartz pipe of vacuum chamber at target temperature (I) of 700 plus minus 10 degrees C for 40-50 minutes, heating at target temperature (II) of 750 plus minus 10 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, adjusting the gas flow rate at 2-5 sccm, maintaining reaction time for 1-30 minutes, closing the radio frequency switch, closing the methane valve and cooling, reducing the temperature to room temperature, closing the hydrogen valve, closing the vacuum pump, and opening the air valve.
