NOVELTY - Preparation of carbon nanofilm involves pretreating carbon tubes, pouring pretreated carbon tube into flask, adding divalent cobalt ion solution, ultrasonically processing, adding portion of phenazine methosulfate (PMS) to the flask, placing in oil bath, stirring, aspirating portion of PMS solution with a syringe pump, injecting into flask, discharging the air in connecting tube between flask and syringe pump, re-absorbing portion of PMS solution, injecting it into the flask, repeating the process until the volume of PMS solution is more than 7 times the volume of the divalent cobalt ion solution, suction-filtering, drying, obtaining activated carbon tubes, formulating activated carbon tubes and sulfonated graphene, obtaining suspension solution, soaking the filter with surfactant, placing the filter in the funnel, subjecting suspension to suction filtration, air-drying and tearing filter membrane. USE - Preparation of carbon nanofilm used in battery system. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides carbon nanofilm having excellent toughness and electrochemical property, by simple method.
