NOVELTY - A preparation method of defect-free graphene oxide, involves hydrothermally reacting (I) the carbon source under the acidic condition to obtain graphene quantum dots with an acidic carbon chain structure, hydrothermally reacting (II) the graphene quantum dots and amine substance to obtain aminated graphene quantum dots, mixing a mixed system (III) containing aminated graphene quantum dots, graphene oxide, and dispersing agent, so that the amine groups contained in the aminated graphene quantum dots are bonded to the oxygen-containing functional groups on a surface of the graphene oxide to obtain a final product. USE - Preparation method of defect-free graphene oxide for preparing graphene heat-dissipating film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aminated graphene quantum dots are used to repair the defect structure on the surface of graphene oxide to form a high-quality graphene oxide structure. The graphene heat-dissipating film has excellent thermal diffusion effect and high thermal conductivity.
