▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing N-doped graphene flexible substrate-fixed porous molybdenum disulfide nanomaterial having three-dimensional structure comprises (i) taking ammonium molybdate as raw material, grinding and heat treatment, cooling, washing and drying to obtain pure phase molybdenum trioxide, (ii) dispersing graphene in deionized water, adding pure phase molybdenum trioxide, and evaporating while stirring to obtain molybdenum trioxide/graphene precursor, (iii) taking molybdenum trioxide/graphene precursor and thiourea at the mass ratio of 0.5:(1-5), grinding uniformly, under an inert atmosphere, warming from room temperature to 150-350 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, then continuously heating to 600-800 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, cooling to room temperature, washing and drying the reaction product to obtain the finished product. USE - The nanomaterial is useful as cathode material for a lithium/sodium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple and easy; has short production cycle; and produces the product has high reproducibility, and is advantageous for large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for N-doped graphene flexible substrate-fixed porous molybdenum disulfide nanomaterial having a three-dimensional structure obtained by the above production method.
