NOVELTY - Automobile hub with graphene modified material comprises a wheel rim (1), a 4 spoke (2), a mounting flange (3), where each spoke is fan-shaped; the cross section of the wheel spoke and wheel rim is 15-30 degrees , the wheel rim and spoke is modified by graphene material. USE - Used as automobile hub with graphene modified material. ADVANTAGE - The automobile hub has high strength, and high impact resistance property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene material modified automobile hub comprising (a) adding graphene into coupling reaction tank, opening the stirring device, stirring to make rotate solution, where the coupling agent and ether ratio is 1:0.5, then directly spraying in the graphene, control stirring device rotating speed at 4000-6000 revolutions/minute, when the temperature of the mixture reaches 120 degrees C, reacting for 10-20 minutes, drying at 100-150 degrees C for 10-30 minutes to prepare modified graphene, (ii) fully mixing graphene, dispersant, antioxidant, coupling agent, adding to the extruder, rotating at 2000 revolutions/minute, temperature is 100-150 degrees C, (iii) extruding and pelletizing to obtain graphene-reinforced thermoplastic material, and (iv) heating the graphene-reinforced thermoplastic material into a mold to obtain graphene modified material for automobile hub DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a cross-sectional view of the automobile hub.
