NOVELTY - Anticorrosive powder coating, comprises 48-54 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 12-13.5 pts. wt. curing agent, 2-4 pts. wt. modified graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. additives and 26.5-37 pts. wt. pigments and fillers. The epoxy resin includes bisphenol A novolac epoxy resin, o-cresol epoxy resin and bisphenol A epoxy resin, preferably, the curing agent includes a phenolic hydroxyl curing agent and an aromatic amine curing agent. USE - Anticorrosive powder coating used in preparation of deep well pipe (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The anti-corrosion powder coating enables to improve the crosslinking density and rigid group content, increase glass transition temperature of the powder coating, enhances high temperature resistance and hardness of the coating. The coating has high and low temperature alternating, and meets the requirements of high pressure conditions, and better meets the protection requirements for deep well pipe. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing anticorrosion powder coating, which involves: modifying graphene to obtain modified graphene; mixing and stirring epoxy resin, a curing agent, modified graphene, an auxiliary agent and pigment and filler according to the weight part to prepare a premix; extruding and molding the premix, and grinding to prepare the anticorrosive powder coating for the deep well pipeline.
