▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves manufacturing a carbon paste electrode. Conductive adhesive is uniformly mixed with paraffin oil and graphite powder. Ordered mesoporous graphene solution is prepared. The carbon paste electrode is put into the ordered mesoporous graphene solution. A modified electrode is put into phosphate buffering solution, where pH value of buffering solution is 7.4, initial potential is 0.2 V, high potential is 0.9 V, low potential is 0.2 V and sensitivity is 4-10. Number of scanning section sets is increased until stable condition is reached. USE - Method for manufacturing graphene/ordered mesoporous modified carbon paste electrode to electrochemically detect estrogen. ADVANTAGE - The method enables utilizing the graphene/ordered mesoporous carbon so as to increase conductivity and sensitivity of the electrode. The method enables electrochemically detecting estrogen in a direct manner. The method enables determining catalytic characteristics in a quick, sensitive, accurate and stable manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene/ordered mesoporous modified carbon paste electrode.
