▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method comprises degreasing light metal and graphene platelet composite substrates, treating and chemically polishing the substrates, applying a passivation layer on the substrates, and applying a protective coating or functional coating on a top of the passivation layer by an electrophoretic deposition method and then curing. The graphene platelet has a thickness of 5-100 nm and a particle size of less than 30 mu m. USE - The method is useful for depositing a coating on light metal and graphene platelet composite substrates by an electrophoretic deposition method. ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of simply depositing the coating on the substrate with desired thickness at controlled voltage and processing time thus improving tensile strength and thermal conductivity of the composite substrates.
