NOVELTY - Preparing high cohesion graphene heat conduction film comprises configuring phenolic resin-emulsion, adding a certain amount of graphite oxide into deionized water to disperse to form a slurry with a solid content of 2-6%, ultrasonically treating, and then stirring and dispersing to obtain a uniformly dispersed graphene oxide slurry. The emulsion and the graphene oxide slurry are fully mixed and processed with a homogenizer to obtain a composite slurry of graphene oxide/phenolic resin. The obtained composite slurry is coated on a coating machine to form a film, and after drying to form a composite film of graphene oxide/phenolic resin is obtained. The composite film is carbonized and graphitized to obtain a graphene film, and rolled the graphene film to obtain the high-cohesion graphene heat-conducting film. USE - Method for preparing high cohesion graphene heat conduction film used in high power density electronic device such as intelligent mobile phone, flat computer and other electronic devices. ADVANTAGE - The method can effectively improve the internal molecular arrangement of graphene, improve cohesion and heat conduction effect.
