▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Forming nitrogen and sulfur co-doped graphene quantum dots, comprises heating a mixture of a carbon source and a compound containing nitrogen and sulfur in an autoclave. USE - The method is useful for forming nitrogen and sulfur co-doped graphene quantum dots. ADVANTAGE - The method provides nitrogen and sulfur co-doped graphene quantum dots which exhibits very high fluorescent quantum yield of 73% and excitation-independent emission, at low cost, high yield and in one-step facile process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a nitrogen and sulfur co-doped graphene quantum dot formed by the method.
