NOVELTY - Preparation of two-dimensional material film comprises preparing standard buffer solution at a desired pH value, stirring, sonicating to obtain uniform colorless solution as base film raw liquid; adding with 0.05-2 g/L graphene oxide, 0.03-1 g/L hexagonal boron nitride, 0.01-3 g/L alkene, 0.06-1 g/L sulfide formed by group IIA metal element, 0.04-2 g/L disulfide of group IV metal, and 0.005-0.04 g/L inorganic layer material, performing intercalation treatment; stirring mixed base material, heating to 600-950 degrees C for 3-6 hours, standing, stirring for 30-75 minutes, cooling and shaping; and applying corona treatment to surface. USE - The method is for preparation of two-dimensional material film. ADVANTAGE - The method has high efficiency of obtaining single-layer sample, is more rapid and controllable which greatly increases the separating and generating of two-dimensional material, and improves surface energy of the material, and the adhesion of the surface of the material to printing inks, paints, adhesives and other coatings. The corona treatment increases the wet tension of polyolefin film to 38 dynes/cm, and wet tension of the surface of polyester film to more than 52-56 dynes/cm.
