NOVELTY - Graphene modified organosilicone paint comprises 0.1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 15-50 pts. wt. silicone emulsion, 5-35 pts. wt. kaolin, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 1-3 pts. wt. thickening agent, 0.5 to 3 pts. wt. dispersing agent and 0.07-3.5 pts. wt. alkylphenol ethoxylate. USE - Used as graphene modified organosilicone paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint has high strength and flexibility, good ozone resistance, electric insulating property, high temperature resistance and wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing graphene modified organosilicone paint comprising (i) uniformly mixing graphene and alkylphenol ethoxylate, dissolving in water, subjecting to ultrasonic dispersion, to obtain aqueous graphene solution, (ii) uniformly mixing silicone, dispersing agent, thickening agent and defoaming agent, adding kaoling and stirring evenly, to obtain a silicone mixture, and (iii) adding step (i) product to step (ii) product, stirring and dispersing evenly, to obtain the final product; (2) preparing graphene modified resurrection glass fiber comprises (a) smelting glass batch at 1300-1600 degrees C, dividing into pieces and cooling the material block, (b) subjecting the step (a) product to secondary melting and drawing at 200-1150 degrees C, (c) subjecting step (b) product to acid leaching, (d) cleaning the step (c) product to remove surface hydrochloric acid solution and drying, (e) sintering the step (d) product, (f) preparing graphene modified silicone coating, and (g) spraying graphene modified silicone coating on the surface of step (e) product and drying at 50-150 degrees C, to obtain the final product; and (3) graphene modified resurrection glass fiber, prepared as mentioned above.
