NOVELTY - Coating, comprises 20-35 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 15-20 pts. wt. modified epoxy resin, 15-25 pts. wt. modified phenolic resin, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene, 1-5 pts. wt. organosilicon material, 2-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-5 pts. wt. flexibilizer and 3-10 pts. wt. solvent as component A and 10-20 pts. wt. curing agent as component B. USE - The coating is useful for lithium battery production rubber roller (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating: has high hardness, excellent wear resistance, electronic effect, heat conduction performance and prolonged service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the coating, comprising (1) taking polyurethane resin, modified epoxy resin, modified phenolic resin, graphene, organosilicon material, dispersant, toughening agent, solvent and curing agent according to the specific amount, (2) dividing the solvent into a group A part and a group B part, (3) adding polyurethane resin, modified epoxy resin and modified phenolic resin into the group A solvent, magnetically stirring for 0.5-1 hour, grinding and filtering to obtain a mixed solution, (4) adding graphene, organosilicon material and dispersing agent into the solvent B, performing ultrasonic dispersion and magnetic stirring for 0.5 hour, grinding and filtering to obtain a dispersion liquid, (5) heating the dispersion liquid to 55-65℃, adding the mixed liquid and toughening agent while stirring, controlling the addition for 0.5-1 hour, then heating to 70-80℃, continuing stirring for 1-1.5 hours, and cooling to obtain a component A, and (6) before use, adding the curing agent of component B into the component A and stirring uniformly and obtaining the final product.
