NOVELTY - Preparing graphene based on high temperature electrolysis method involves putting calcium carbonate and lithium carbonate powder in reactor, mixing uniformly, applying the reactor between cathode and anode of the electrolytic reaction, senting the reactor to high temperature furnace, rising to 650-800 degrees C at the protection of argon, reacting at 650-800 degrees C for 4-12 hours, cooling to room temperature under the protection of argon gas to form black block-shaped solid; reacting the made solid with hydrochloric acid solution at 20-40 degrees C, and centrifugally washing by distilled water. USE - For preparing graphene based on high temperature electrolysis method (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has strong operability, and low cost; is suitable for industrial production; and is a green and environment-friendly low carbon production process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene based on high temperature electrolysis method involves putting the mass ratio of 3:4 to 4:6 calcium carbonate and lithium carbonate powder in the reactor, mixing uniformly, applying the reactor between cathode and anode of the electrolytic reaction, senting the reactor to high temperature furnace, rising the temperature to 650-800 degrees C at the protection of argon at 60-65 ml/min for 4-6 hours, reacting at 650-800 degrees C for 4-12 hours, then cooling to room temperature under the protection of argon gas to obtain black block-shaped solid; reacting the black block-shaped solid with 2-6 mol/l of hydrochloric acid solution at 20-40 degrees C, and then centrifugally washing by distilled water to neutral to obtain the high purity graphene.
