NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene comprises reacting expanded graphite and organic amine or organic amine solution using solvent-thermal method to obtain a semi-dispersed solution; carrying out ultrasonic dispersion; centrifuging; and collecting liquid supernatant. USE - Method for the preparation of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene has high quality and less light oxidation degree. It is prepared using simple and inexpensive method.
