NOVELTY - The distributed amplifier has an input circuit (1), several cascaded amplifier unit circuits (2), output circuits (3), gate bias circuits (4), and drain bias circuits (5) provided on the same substrate. The input circuit and the drain bias circuit are connected to the gate and the drain stage of the first-stage amplification unit circuit, and the drain stage and the gate of the last-stage amplification unit circuit are respectively connected to the output circuit and the gate bias circuit. The signal is configured to enter the amplification unit circuit through the input circuit, the gate bias circuit is configured to adjust the input signal, and the amplification unit circuit used a common source and common gate structure to amplify the signal. The output circuit is configured to output a cascaded amplified signal, and the drain bias circuit adjusts an output signal. USE - Graphene distributed amplifier. ADVANTAGE - The gain bandwidth product of the graphene distributed amplifier is improved, by improving the circuit structure and adopting a cascode structure.
