▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene conductive film comprises 7-10 pts. wt. graphene, 10-14 pts. wt. modified pyrrole monomer, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. dibenzoyl peroxide, 1-2 pts. wt. triethyl phosphate, 0.5-1 pt. wt. lauryl dimethylamine oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. triglycidyl isocyanurate, and 80-90 pts. wt. PTFE. USE - Graphene conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The graphene conductive film has improved conductivity, mechanical strength and stability, due to the combination of graphene-modified polypyrrole with PTFE, which ensures excellent dispersion compatibility effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene conductive film, which involves adding lauryl dimethylamine oxide to deionized water having weight of 20-30 times its weight, stirring, adding graphene, ultrasonically processing for 10-14 minutes to obtain graphene dispersion, adding dibenzoyl peroxide to isopropanol having weight of 6-9 times its weight, stirring to obtain initiator solution, mixing the graphene dispersion and modified pyrrole monomer, feeding into a reaction kettle, introducing nitrogen gas, adjusting the temperature of the reaction kettle to 70-75 degrees C, adding the initiator solution, stirring for 3-4 hours, discharging, obtaining graphene-modified polypyrrole solution, adding triethyl phosphate, stirring, adding PTFE, ultrasonically processing for 1-2 hours, filtering, washing precipitate using water, vacuum drying at 50-55 degrees C for 40-50 minutes to obtained graphene-modified polypyrrole, mixing the graphene-modified polypyrrole with triglycidyl isocyanurate, stirring, feeding to an extruder, and casting into film.
