NOVELTY - The method involves heat-treating a material including cellulosic fiber processed (S20) as an oxide graphene aqueous solution at temperature of 180 degree Celsius. Level of the oxide graphene aqueous solution is measured (S10) using the process material including cellulosic fiber as oxide graphene aqueous solution by contacting the material with cellulosic fiber in the oxide graphene aqueous solution. Separation of water from oil material is performed based upon the material including the cellulosic fiber. USE - Method for manufacturing a water and oil material separation unit. ADVANTAGE - The method enables effectively separating water from petrol in reduced cost manner without requiring complicated separation process of water from oil material, while easily applying to a laboratory or daily life.
