ADVANTAGE - The detector has low electron hole recombination probability, improved photo-induced carrier life, such that the green light on the device surface can be directly absorbed to generate electron-hole pairs, which avoids the loss of the absorption region before the response increases in the blue-green light wave band of the detector.
