NOVELTY - The detector has a waveguide, a graphene film (4) and a metal electrode. The waveguide is the side polishing fiber, side edge polishing optical fiber comprising a cladding (1) and core (2). The cladding and core are partially polishing treatment to a polishing area (3). The polishing region surface is coated with graphene film. The graphene film covered on the surface of metal electrode. The metal electrode comprising a polymethyl methacrylate film (9) which is set between the polishing region and the graphene film. USE - Optical fiber integrated graphene photoelectric detector. ADVANTAGE - The fiber-optic waveguide-based detectors are easy to design, and the photodetection technology can be directly used for online monitoring in optical fiber communication, which has high commercial practical value.
