NOVELTY - A polycaprolactam modified material comprises 20-30 pts. wt. basalt fiber, 0.001-0.003 pt. wt. graphene, 8-12 pts. wt. modifier, 20-30 pts. wt. acrylic rubber, 35-45 pts. wt. polycaprolactam, 0.3-0.8 pt. wt. coupling agent and 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. cross-linking agent. The polymerization degree of polycaprolactam is 1200-1800. USE - Polycaprolactam modified material is used for cable sheathing. ADVANTAGE - The polycaprolactam modified material has excellent tensile strength and processability.
