▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A coating composition comprises a component (A) comprising 2-5 %mass polymeric polyol, 1-4 %mass inorganic nanoparticles, 1-4 %mass rheology modifier, 1-5 %mass dispersing agent and 80-90 %mass fluid medium (a) with respect to the total content of the component (A), and component (B) comprising 10-20 %mass organic polysilazane and 80-90 %mass fluid medium (a) with respect to the total of component (B). The components (A) and components (B) are mixed in a mass ratio of 20:80-50:50 before forming composition. USE - Composition used for coating substrate such as metal, plastic, concrete, and glass (claimed) used in building construction. ADVANTAGE - The composition has excellent adhesion properties and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the coating composition, which involves (i) blending a predetermined amount (p1) of the fluid medium (a), rheology modifier at a speed of 30-80 rpm for a predetermined time (t1) to obtain a mixture (M1), (ii) adding the dispersing agent, and inorganic nanoparticles to the mixture (M1) and blending at a speed of 80-120 rpm for a predetermined time (t2) to obtain a mixture (M2), (iii) milling the mixture (M2) to obtain a mixture (M3) with a particle size of 10-200 nm, (iv) adding a predetermined amount (p2) of the fluid (a) and a polymeric polyol to the mixture (M3) and blending at of 30-80 rpm for 10-60 minutes to the component (A), (v) separately blending the organic polysilazane and the fluid medium (b) at a speed of 30-80 rpm for predetermined time (t3) to obtain the component (B), and (vi) mixing the components (A, B) before applying.
