▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene comprises mixing copper nitrate, glucose, and sodium chloride at certain molar ratio; dissolving mixture in water; uniformly stirring; spray-drying at 130-180 degrees C to obtain precursor powder of self-assembled sodium chloride, glucose and copper nitrate for chemical deposition process; calcining precursor powder of self-assembled structure at 730-760 degrees C in tube furnace under 1:1 ratio of argon and hydrogen gas mixture for 2 hours; washing away sodium chloride; and drying to obtain surface-loaded copper particles of graphene structure. USE - Preparation of graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method has cheap and easy to obtain raw materials, and realizes mass production and loading of copper particles on surface of graphene.
