NOVELTY - Preparation of composite film involves providing a prefabricated graphene oxide dispersion and modified carbon nanotube dispersion, mixing and stirring the graphene oxide dispersion liquid and the modified carbon nanotube dispersion liquid in a predetermined ratio to obtain a graphene oxide/carbon nanotube composite material, spraying the graphene oxide/carbon nanotube composite material onto the inner wall of a heated and rotating silicon tube to synthesize a graphene oxide/carbon nanotube film, using deionized water and ethanol to clean the graphene oxide/carbon nanotube film, immersing in water, peeling off the silicon tube to obtain a composite film after completely cooling, depositing the composite film on a polydimethylsiloxane substrate, and reducing the composite film by a femtosecond laser. The reduced composite film is stretched step by step along a predetermined direction to obtain a partially reduced graphene oxide/carbon nanotube composite film.
