NOVELTY - Antibacterial and thermally conductive PBT composite material comprises 55-65 pts. wt. PBT resin, 15-20 pts. wt. Arlylbenzothiazole/1-vinylimidazole/ N-(4-cyano-3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)methacrylamide copolymer, 3-5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 10-15 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 2-4 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. nano zinc oxide, 3-6 pts. wt. 4,4'-diacyl chloride diphenyl ether, 1-3 pts. wt. anhydrous aluminum chloride, 0.6-0.8 pts. wt. antioxidant and 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. lubricant. USE - Used as antibacterial and thermally conductive PBT composite material. ADVANTAGE - The antibacterial heat-conducting PBT composite material has good antibacterial property, obvious heat conducting effect, toughness and mechanical property, good aging resistance and long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing an antibacterial and heat-conducting PBT composite material comprising uniformly mixing each raw material according to the weight part to obtain a mixed material, and adding the mixed material into a twin-screw extruder for extrusion molding to obtain an antibacterial and heat-conducting PBT composite material.
