NOVELTY - Water-soluble biodegradable film comprises 60-75 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 15-30 pts. wt. plant starch, 1-5 pts. wt. plasticizer, 3-5 pts. wt. water-soluble wax flakes, 0.5-1 pt. wt. graphene, 3-5 pts. wt. tetrabutyl titanate, 1-3 pts. wt. calcium carbonate and 0.5-1 pt. wt. nano-titanium dioxide. USE - As water-soluble biodegradable film. ADVANTAGE - The biodegradable film has excellent mechanical property, barrier property, smoothness, simple preparation process, low cost, uniform film thickness and excellent flatness, can be completely dissolved in water, and is suitable for industrial mass production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing the water-soluble biodegradable film, which involves (i) placing plant starch, calcium carbonate and nano-titanium dioxide in a high-speed mixer, and performing primary stirring and mixing treatment, (ii) adding the mixed materials to polyvinyl alcohol, plasticizer, water-soluble wax flakes, graphene and tetrabutyl titanate, and performing secondary stirring and mixing treatment to obtain a mixture, and (iii) extruding and film-blowing the mixture obtained in step (ii) at 160 plus minus 5 degrees C to obtain the water-soluble film.
