▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene oxide modified carbon fiber prepared by (i) reducing the graphene oxide under the condition of pH 12-13; and (ii) using electrophoretic deposition method to modify the graphene oxide on the carbon fiber, is claimed. USE - The carbon fiber and composite material are useful in manufacturing transportation device, sports device, aerospace device and national defense and military products (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The carbon fiber has excellent transverse tow tensile strength, interlaminar shear strength and resistance to high and low temperature cycles and increases of the surface roughness of the carbon fiber and the transfer of the interface load, improves the wettability of the carbon fiber and the resin matrix, enhances the bonding performance of the carbon fiber and the resin matrix, and utilizes the resin-based composite material made of graphene oxide modified carbon fiber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) Preparing the graphene oxide modified carbon fiber by above mentioned method; (2) Graphene oxide modified carbon fiber/resin composite material, comprising 50-40% resin matrix and 50-60% graphene oxide modified carbon fiber, where the resin matrix is a thermosetting resin or a thermoplastic resin; and (3) Preparing composite material, comprising mixing the resin matrix and the curing agent and infiltrating the carbon fiber modified by graphene oxide, and solidifying the resin matrix.
