▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene anticorrosive coating comprises 10-50 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 6-10 pts. wt. modified graphene, 4-15 pts. wt. perchloroethylene resin, 0.5-1 pts. wt. photoinitiator, 50-60 pts. wt. anti-rust filler, 5-10 pts. wt. functional filler, 2-10 pts. wt. tin dioxide nanoparticles, 2-5 pts. wt. adhesion promoter, 10-20 pts. wt. organic solvents, 1-5 pts. wt. leveling agent, and 8-10 pts. wt. additives. USE - Graphene anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The graphene anticorrosive coating containing the perchloroethylene resin capable of improving the performance of the coating, the epoxy resin capable of improving the corrosion resistance, alkali resistance, and wear resistance of the coating, the tin dioxide nanoparticles capable of increasing the low-density, and uniform conductivity, and the functional filler is capable of suppresses the agglomeration of the graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of modified graphene, which involves (1) adding graphene to 4-8 wt.% citric acid aqueous solution, stirring and dispersing, after immersion treatment for 1-2 hours, filtering and washing to obtain acid-treated graphene, (2) adding the acid-treated graphene and aniline to the water and stirring it evenly, then adding zinc acetate, and methyl styrene, stirring to obtain a mixed solution, and (3) adding initiator to water to prepare initiator solution, and (4) raising the temperature of the mixed solution in step (2) to 60-80 degrees C, dripping the initiator solution for 2-3 hours, continuously keeping the temperature for 20-40 minutes, and then cooling to 0-4 degrees C, filtering, washing and drying.
